Chilton for international students

Chilton Saint James School is an independent school for girls aged from preschool to senior secondary levels.  In New Zealand, govemment schools are known as state schools and private schools are known as independent schools.

International students are required to pay for their education in both state and independent schools.  The New Zealand Government does not subsidise the education of overseas students.

Set on one campus in heritage buildings, the School has a warm and caring atmosphere. Teachers know each student personally. At Chilton, the staff care about their students’ education and well–being.

Established in 1918, the School has established a proud tradition of excellence in academic achievements, musical and theatrical pursuits, dance and sporting endeavours.
