Stop press! This section will grow throughout the year as we bring you news and highlights of life at Chilton as they happen.
Last week the Junior School staff and students welcomed over 180 grandparents and special friends into their classrooms.
Visitors were greeted as they arrived at 10am by the Year 6 girls who escorted them to the various classrooms. Upon arrival they participated in a range of activities with the students after which they went to the Theatre where the girls put on a concert with a variety of items from segments of the recent Chilton Fantasticals show to singing, dancing and poetry readings.
The Scholastic Book Fair also provided an opportunity for many grandparents to buys a book for their grandchildren. The Parents' Association provided a wonderful morning tea.
Many visitors commented that they enjoyed making connections across the generations and the day was hugely enjoyed by all.
