Most students join Chilton at Preschool, New Entrant, Year 7 or Year 9 however we welcome students at all year levels.
The School Reception is located in the central FitzGerald building and office hours are 8.00am – 4.30pm.
For safety reasons, students should not arrive before 8.00am unless they have a practice arranged by the School.
Junior School students in Years 0 – 6 should arrive between 8.15am and 8.25am in time to start class at 8.30am
Students are dismissed at 3.10pm. If you are delayed from picking up your daughter after School, please phone Reception so that your child can be reassured you are on the way. Please ensure that, unless your child is catching the School bus or attending after School care, she is collected promptly after School. Children are not permitted to play unattended on the playground or wait unsupervised for pick-up.
Secondary students should arrive between 8.00am and 8.25am ready to attend Spell One at 8.30am. Students complete the school day at 3.25pm. Dismissal times may vary at the end of Term. The Term Calendar, School Diary and the Weekly Bulletin indicate the variations in times.
Students may not leave the School grounds during the day without permission.
Children should arrive at school between 8.15am and 8.25am in time to start class at 8.30 am. Students should not arrive before 8.15am as no supervision is provided. Parents are to remain on site until Preschool staff arrive. In the afternoon, students should arrive between 12.45pm and 1.00pm in time to start class at 1.30pm after a free play settling in period. Students should not arrive before 12.45pm for the afternoon session.
