Applications for 2013 Chilton Academic, Performing Arts and Sports Scholarships are now open.

All Chilton Saint James School Scholarships are up to the value of 30% of tuition fees.
Scholarships are awarded solely at the discretion of the Principal and no correspondence will be entered into. No late entries will be accepted.
Please note that Scholarship recipients are not eligible for a sibling discount while on a Scholarship. The Scholarship award applies to tuition fees only and does not cover such things as the Application and Confirmation fees, or extra-curricular activities.

Academic Scholarships for 3 years for entry into Year 7, Year 8* and Year 9. Applicants are required to sit an Academic Examination Sunday 27 May (9.30am). *External Chilton students only.
Scholarships for entry into Year 10, Year 11, Year 12 and Year 13 for external Chilton students only, may be applied for directly to the Principal.
Scholarships for entry into Year 12 and Year 13 for current Chilton students will be awarded in January, based on the previous year’s NCEA results. No application is necessary.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of results in a battery of tests and an interview with the Principal in May/June each year.
Performing Arts Scholarships are awarded for 3 years for entry into Year 9, Year 11, and 2 years for Year 12. Applicants are required to provide a Curriculum Vitae and Year 9 Scholarship applicants are required to sit the Academic Examination on Sunday 27 May. Applicants are also required to present a 10 minute audition on Sunday 20 May.
Sports Scholarships are awarded for 3 years for entry into Year 9, Year 11, and for 2 years for Year 12. Applicants are required to provide a Curriculum Vitae and Year 9 Scholarship applicants are required to sit the Academic Examination on Sunday 27 May.

Suzanne Duncan Awards are offered by the Suzanne Duncan Trust Board. These are available to students who are regular and active members of St James' Church. They are awarded from Year 7 onwards according to set criteria. For details of these awards, please contact St James' Church.
