Enrolment ProceduresWhile vacancies may occur at any level at Chilton Saint James School and students can enrol at any level, the main intake levels are in
- Afternoon Preschool
- New Entrants
- Year 7
Chilton maintains two classes at primary level from Years 0–6 and adds a third class from Year 7.
Currently Chilton Saint James School has waiting lists at a number of levels so we would urge you to enrol well ahead of the time your daughter would like to start. Please do not assume, however, that a particular level is full before checking first with the Enrolment Co-ordinator for an accurate picture at the time of your enquiry.
We do not always add another class at Year 9, so places at Year 9 often only arise when a student leaves Chilton at the end of Year 8. As a result of this policy, we recommend that you seek enrolment at Year 7 in preference to Year 9 if you are considering a secondary education for your daughter at Chilton Saint James School.
All students are required to attend an enrolment interview with the Principal before being accepted. Filing an Application Form does not guarantee entry to the School.
