Parent/Caregiver Agreement
Business RegulationsWe agree to be bound by the Business Regulations. In particular, we accept joint and several responsibility for the payment of the school fees which include tuition fees and any other fees and expenses required by the school.
Tuition fees are inclusive of GST per term. (Please refer to Schedule of Fees). They are payable a term in advance. Payment shall be made within 14 days of the receipt of the account.
Any other fees are payable within 14 days of the receipt of the account.
Any fees outstanding for payment are recoverable plus interest at 2.5% per month from the date payment is due until the fees are paid. In addition, a late fee is also payable.
Where tuition fees remain unpaid and no arrangement has been made with you as to their payment, then the Board of Trustees may require you to remove the student from the school.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to review any fees charged and will notify you accordingly.
No fee is refundable where the pupil does not start or does not complete a full term.
Application and Enrolment FormAn Application Fee is payable with this application. This is an application fee only and does not commit the school to accept the student.
A Confirmation Fee is payable when an offer of place is made and is non-refundable.
Notice of Withdrawal from SchoolYou are required to give one term's written notice of intention to withdraw the student from the school, and pay all fees incurred over the notice period.
Where less than one full term's notice is given a fee of one half term's tuition will be charged in lieu of notice.
AttendanceThe school requires punctual and regular attendance from all students.
Leave from school during term time must be applied for in writing beforehand by you, and is granted at the Principal's discretion.
Standards of ConductThe student is subject to the rules and discipline of the School.
The school reserves the right to have a student withdrawn for any act or omission that is in breach of the rules of the school, or any cause which in opinion of the school is reasonable.
Disclaimer of LiabilityThe school accepts no responsibility for any injury suffered by the student whilst he/she is in the care of the school.
Religious Tuition and ObservanceParticipation in the school programmes and church services is compulsory.
Use and Updating of Information or Student InformationYou will notify the school of any change in the information contained in this application form as soon as is reasonably practical.
You acknowledge that the purpose of the collection of this information is to provide for the educational and general advancement of the student.
You agree that this information may be released to parties outside the school at the discretion of the Principal where it relates to the education, health, welfare, or safety of the student.
You agree that this information may be released to School Associations such as Parents' Association, Old Girls’ Association and Uniform Shop
Medical and Emergency TreatmentIn signing the Application form, you authorise the School to administer to my child medications in accordance with the medicine administration policy of the School.
In the event of accident or emergency, you authorise the School to seek such advice or treatment as it deems necessary in the best interests of my child.
