All students coming to course checking must bring a copy of their CIAE results. These can be on their phone or in paper form. It just makes the process a lot quicker. I will be available from 9.30am on the following Monday if we need to do follow up re timetables. I am looking forward to receiving the CIAE results and having the opportunity to praise girls individually.
Year 11 students sorted their timetables last year and unless there is a problem or they wish to make changes, they do not need to come to course checking. In the first instance, to make things as easy as possible, an email directly to me will be the best way to do this. If it necessitates a meeting, I will come back and make this request.
Year 12 students need to come to course checking before attending classes on Monday 28 January. Mrs Gilling and I will commence checking at 7.15am on Friday 25 January. This is to allow any parents who wish to meet with me the opportunity to do so before work. Please could an appointment be made for ten minutes with my EA, Ms Amanda Baker – abaker@chilton.school.nz.
